Hydroxycut
The FDA warned all consumers to stopped taking Hydroxycut, a widely used dietary supplement. The FDA reports that consumers experienced symptoms ranging from jaundice, or yellowing of the skin, to liver failure. In one case, a patient received a liver transplant.
As a nurtrutional supplement, Hydroxycut was not highly regulated. The FDA's has received 23 reports of liver problems and one death attributed to taking Hydroxycut.

Yaz
Yaz is indicated for the prevention of pregnancy and for the treatment of symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
