False Claims Act

The False Claims Act is a federal law was passed to allow private citizens to file lawsuits against government contractors for fraud. Most people refer to this as whistleblowing. Citizens filing under this act receive a percentage of the damages recovered. Claims are filed by persons with insider knowledge of wrongd...oing by a government contractor.
